**Chiropractor put me on limited activity with knee for 2 weeks-meaning- no running for 2 weeks.

Wednesday, July 15th- off!
Thursday, July 16th- TAM, Jillian Micheals Banish Fat, Rollerblade 12 miles
Friday- TAM & P90X Plyometrics
Saturday- TAM/Rollerblade 15.5 miles
