Mileage goal for the week- over 35 miles

Sunday- 7th- 14 miles- felt great!
Monday- Cross train
Tuesday- 10 miles
Wednesday- day of rest
Thursday- 10 miles
Friday- rest
Saturday- 12 miles

Total mileage for the week- 46!


  1. Couldn't locate your email address, so I came here to reply back to you :) I actually haven't picked which 1/2 I'm going to run, I just picked my training schedule! I ran a 1/2 in January 2006 while training for my full, which I completed in April 2006. It was an over 20 week program with Team in Training, and although it was way time consuming, it was a great schedule for me. After completing the marathon, I got pregnant and quit running and here I am now starting all over again with training. It's tough, plus I still have lots of hmmm, baby weight, to loose. My half schedule is for 10 weeks. It's aggressive for me, and I just started out last week, so we'll see how it goes!
