Weekly workout October 19-23

Sunday- off, well unless you want to count 1,000 trips to town as cardio....
Monday- Run 13.5 miles, Tracy Anderson Method video
Tuesday- P90X Kenpo/Jillian Michaels No More trouble zones
evening- TAM
Wednesday- 10.5 miles/TAM video
Thursday- off
Friday- Run 11.25 miles/TAM video

    Your workouts are inspiring! P 90 x is so hard. I tried to do it about 3 months after my C-section and discovered, in fact, I have no more ab muscle function!
